If I follow the home training program, about how long would it take to see results?

You are still young, I think results will come pretty fast for you, but I think it's impossible for anyone to really tell, it depends on the individual.

The home training program is designed to prepare you for training with weights either at home or at a gym. So basically to allow your muscles to adjust to exercise.

Stay on for 2-4 weeks.

When I first started lifting I had some pretty good changes in that amount of time. Alot in the strength area though.

Every body is different. So, the time it'll take for someone to see results will vary as well.
