I have a question about the sets.. what are they?
My exercise program says to do 20 push ups set 1, then 15 set 2. does that mean I do 20 push ups, rest then do 15 after that? If that is true, how long do i rest?

or does it mean, you do 20 push ups, do the sit ups, curls etc, and go down the list. then u come back up and do the 15 push ups.

Pls answer, any help would be apprecitated. thx.

it's up to you what order you do them in. The exercises that is. You are correct a set is a certain number of exercies. So do 20 push ups, rest, then move on to the next set. I usually do the warm up sets (the first set) of all the exercises first. I've found that doing them back to back can be less effective for me. But everyone is different. The rest period should be roughly 30secs-1:30. If you stop and stretch the muscle you just worked that should be sufficent. You will get a feel for how long you need to rest in between sets as you go on. It's your body, and learning to listen to it will be more helpful than anything.

then after you do the warm up exercises, do you do all the sets of the specific exercise or continual going down the list doing set 2?

Do all the sets of the specific exercise, then move on to the next exercise.
