Hi, i'm about 118 and started working about like 2 days ago. What kind of exercises (home training) would be good to build mass/endurance/strength for the arms and chest?

My suggestion would be to sign up for an ft mass program. You also really need to fill out your profile so the folks can answer your questions better. Things, like age, sex, etc can be a big factor.

Ditto to Cain's suggestion. Hopefully, you have a set of weights, barbell, dumbbells and a bench at home?
