Well, after taking 3 weeks off to recover from a nasty (and deep) cut to my forearm, I started working out again a couple of weeks ago. I started taking the Cell-Tech creatine again too, and it sure felt good to get back to my routine. I have to admit that I probably needed the rest time after working out so hard all winter long, but I was surprised at how little (of my gains) that I lost. This is only my second week back, and I'm lifting what I did before my injury, and feeling stronger than ever.
