I just did day one of week one for me and I have to say for the first time in a long time I have a great pump going. I printed this weeks stuff out yesterday and spent last night looking at it thinking, yeah right, this seems kinda lame. My mistake. If the rest of the workouts are anything like this one, look out, I'll be doing that show next year for sure.
