ok I really have NO idea so what I say you might want to take w/ a gain of salt...
Well lots of things could probably cause dry skin.. probably mostly weather.. heated air inside or outside (like summer weather) could cause it.. or maybe a hot shower.. my skin usually seems really really dry if I take hot hot showers... you could try using a cooler temp water.. also have you used any lotions... that or some bath oils could help (i use some just use lotion usually).. I saw somewhere once that if you don't get enough EFA's that could affect your skin but I can't find the article so I have no idea really... and how does dairy affect the skin?.. haven't heard that one...
My skin is really dry. I started using Jergen's Skin Firming Body Wash along with Jergen's Smoothing Lotion and it works great. You may want to give it a shot. I use the lotion after I shower.
