soup.......instant lunch..12grams of fat....6grams of sat fat.......1220 mg sodium....carbs 37....sugars 2..... protein 6 grams is this good or garbage.......
It's okay...except the sodium content is high. And, I usually don't eat anything that has less than 15g of protein in it. Maybe if you were to drink milk afterwards, that will boost the protein content for that meal.
Well, if you want to gain muscle, the common knowledge is to eat lots of protein. I am a vegetarian, so getting adequate protein is important, since most protein in a traditional American diet comes from meat.
I get about 50-60 grams a day, from tofu, soy milk, peanuts etc.
