Hi,
I have been working for about 2yrs. I feel that I have enough muscles and very much satisfied with them.
Here is the catch 22. I do not want to add up more muscles at the same time I do not want to loose any muscles I gained these 2yrs.
How do I achieve that.
Thanks in advance

I'm not too sure as I really never see anyone ask this.. but if you don't shift around your diet too much you won't really gain anymore and if you continue to train you should maintain what you already have...

Keep your protein consumption high, watch your diet and continue to work out (high reps., lower weight).

Hope this helps...

Yes, just do what you use to do and as the guys said, don't change your diet.
You'll be fine like that. Good luck.
