I need a little help. I completed the 12 wk. mass program and would like to start a new thigh and glute program. However, I can't seem to get the new program to come up. It keeps showing me the mass program. I've made the changes through the main menu as well as from the note at the bottom of the workout schedule where it says I have completed the program and need to create a new one to continue. What am I doing wrong? I also added the ab workout and that schedule does come up showing the new dates. After the 2 wk. rest period I was really anxious to get started on something new today. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I saw some amazing strength gains. By the end of the program I was able to do all 4 sets of the dips and most of the reps in the 4 sets of chins without a spot. With a spot I got them all. I was also able to lift much heavier in everything else. As far as physical changes, I gained about 1/2" in my biceps (12" flexed) and maybe a little more definition in my chest. That's pretty much it. Not quite what I expected. I've been lifting for a long time, so it's hard for me to see any changes. All in all, I'd say it's a great workout. I'm going to hit the cardio hard now and target my legs a little more and see what that gets me. Hopefully a little definition.
