ok im a man! well i think there for i am! but my pec's and i use the term loosley are saggy and fat! And specific type of exercise to tighten these up without adding mass etc. Do i use a low weight but very high reps or ........... . sorry to ask stupid questions! guess your sick of this type of question by now?
I don't think i've seen this answered a lot.. you would probably want to diet and use some light reps.. remember you can't spot reduce.. When using light weights though don't go pick up some 10's.. use something like 5 or 10 under your max... and don't move around too much.. if your chest isn't built up already you probably should lift more though to try and build that area and fill it out after you lose the fat..
Flyes and presses. Incline the bench so you can concentrate on the upper chest area. Don't be afraid to go heavy. Since you are on the weight loss and tone program, you'll be lowering your total body fat level. This will increase the definition of your pecs so they won't look so saggy anymore.
