i'm not sure but maybe its just me....but has anyone experienced a tingling sensation/pokey feeling throughout your body within the first 5-10 minutes of a workout? kinda weird feeling....you know? once I had it so bad, that I wanted to stop.....but I kept going and it finally stopped...
You take an ECA before training? You take enough time to warm up? You stretch? Drink enough? Sometimes our bodies just have to get use to the efford, maybe it's simply just waking up.......
