I've been working out for the about 2 years now...and usually switch my routine of exercise about every 4 or 5 weeks. At the present time, im back to doing the "Chest, tries;Back;bies;shoulders;legs routine."

But just yesterday i was in a VERY minor car accident and my chest hit the steering wheel before the airbag came out. So my chest and back are sore but my arms are fine..

Yesterday was my chest day but i dont think i'll be able to do chest or back for a few days. So i decided to switch it up to just doing BICEPS and TRICEPS in one day.

Finally for my question: I was wondering if working out my biceps and triceps in one day was overworking my arms or if it were a better idea to do triceps today and biceps later?? thanks

You can work both on the same day without overtraining them. Sorry to hear about your accident...but, glad you're okay!

Good luck!

No prob mate, you can work your bis and tris together (antagonistic or opposite muscle groups).
The day after work your legs and rest your arms.
