I here alot of people say you cant lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time. Is this true and if so what should you do first, loose the fat or gain the muscle ? Thanks sean.....

Sean, unless you are genetically gifted, it's pretty hard to lose fat and gain muscle as the same time. As far as the order, you need to gain muscle (and some fat) first. Then, you can cut (lose fat and define muscles)...this will give you that ripped look.

Negative, you CAN loose weight and gain lean muscle mass in the same time. That's what the biggest part of the beginners do. Fortunately.
What Robert wants to say is that it can be difficult to bulk and to cut at the same time, but this is a far more advanced level of boby building.

Of course one can loose weight while getting on some muscles. Just eat healthy (lots of proteins), cycle the carbs, and some good fat, train hard and some cardio and you'll be fine.
