Hello, can anyone give me a good suggestion for a program to gain mass. I'm 15 new to weight-lifting and kinda skinny (135lbs 5'9.)I can work out about 4 days a week in gold's gym. I also want to increase my bench from 170 to 200 pounds by the end of this year. Can anyone help me?
