I wanted to know if there was a specific exercise to achieve the cut that leads from your oblique down to you groin area. Is it just the lower ab, or is there something I'm missing. Thanks

Have you signed up for the FT ab routine? I am in week 7 and so far it seems to be working in conjunction with my other workouts. I do a little more abs that what the program has me on, but I like that it gives you the variety to target different sections of your abs that I don't normally do.

The lower ab cut is the most difficult part to be able to show. Of course you should work the muscle but if you'll be seing it or not depends on your body fat %

Cardio and diet.

Nina's right...you're going to have to lower your overall bodyfat level (less than 10%) to even see most of your ab muscles.

Good luck!
