Hello all. I am going home next week to visit my family and will have only one week left of my weight training program however have 5 weeks left of my ab routine. We will be doing a lot of traveling after the first week I am home and I will not have access to a gym. What can I do in place of the "vertical bench cruches?" Or should I I reset my program to the "at home" only workout?

If the vert. crunches are all you have problems with, try this: Go into your kitchen and get into the corner where the cabinets make an L shape (hopefully your kitchen isn't straight). Put one hand on each side to lift you up, then crunch like that. It's not ideal, but better than nothing!

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I hope that is all I need as far as equipment, but I don't know what lies ahead.

Otherwise just do normal "flat" crunches. They will do for a week don't worry.
