each person responds differently to training, so u need to do it enough to stimulate growth without over training. you'll have to experiment unfortunately, but usually if you train bi's and tri's directly on different days, and then again indirectly on 2 other days, thats usually sufficient.
for example, on monday, u do all of your tricep lifts (push downs, extensions, etc), which is direct work. on wednesday, you train your chest, which will hit your triceps indirectly.
