OK... Ive got 17 weeks until I go on holiday!! (ages I know)
Ive got 4 weeks left of my mass building routine + a weeks rest.
This leaves a nice 12 weeks to prepare for the beach. Has anyone got any advice on how I can rip up and still give my chest some grief as its still kinda lacking..

I got one word for ya, BASKETBALL. It burns fat and you use your upper body.

12 weeks is a long time to keep building that chest! I say do another 8-week mass program, targeting the chest.

I'm a big fan of push ups....... All kind of push ups, normal ones, jumping ones, legs on bench and the head down ones, close or wide hand ones, and of course all the different kind of plyometrical ones you can imagine (protect your wrists thou!!)
Push ups and dips can help you.
