hi i am sean from canada. My goal is to drop about 15lb, while gaining muscle mass. I was wondering how many times a week I could train each body part with out overtraining. I find this site very useful, hope to hear a response soon...

Have you already signed up? If not, you should. FT's programs are designed to hit a muscle group once per week. How many days per week can you work out? Just enter this info. when you sign up and you'll have your own unique exercise regimen.

Hi ssjs you know the only real person who can say if you are over training or not is you. Try to feel your body, if you are tired physically you should rest.
Eat well and drink a lot of water.
