My problem is when I try to do vertical crunches my arms start to give out before I can get a good workout on my abs. This surprises me since I have pretty strong arms. What exercises do I need to perform to be able to hold myself up on the vertical bench machine? Thanks!
Well, maybe you can start by developing more arm strength. You can do wrist curls (for your forearms) and dips (for your shoulders and triceps). You can also build overall upper body strength by doing push ups and pull ups.
