what is your primary and secondary muscle used when punching a punch bag!

Primary muscles worked are usually your torso/abs and shoulders...if you do it correctly! Secondary muscles would be biceps/triceps. Bag work is a very good form of cardio exercise!

Primary muscles are the chest and triceps and NOT the back (that's why you need to work your back more).

You can also be more aggressive and develop a kicking routine.

Yup...and if you've ever tried an intense kickboxing class...you know it's a heck of a workout....!!! One of my favs...

Yes, but one is soooooo calm afterwards! lol It's just like in my gym after the peeps have been into the sauna and steam room for quite a while: sooooooo calm they suddenly all are!!!!
