How do you get the line??

Hey what is up, I am just curious how a guy can get that line that starts at the hips and goes down on an angle (much like an arrow) to the pelvis. I always assumed it would just come with ab training, but I do a lot of ab work and it still doesn't seem to be getting defined, whereas the rest of my abs are strong and are defined.

Any help would be great.

Hi young Hulk fan, welcome here.

You know the lower abs are the most difficult muscles to show since your boy fat level has to be very low. If you keep training and follow a healthy diet, you'll maybe be able to show it one day!

Nina is right. Keep up with the ab work outs, but the line won't show until your bodyfat is reduced.

Yup...I'm still working on lowering my bodyfat level as well. It's getting there, but it sure is a slow process.

yes it is but slow insures you it is a longterm lifestyle change and not a "quick fix" that ends up with failure.

Well, once I get to that point, I'll be sure to make it last as long as possible!!!
