no there isnt anything on muscle targeting that has forearms ur right, but i know some execises u could do. Try doing reverse curls and wrist curls. They work great for forearms.

Also, concentrate on good form and make sure you use both barbell and dumbbells.

When I signed up for the mass program, part of my training split included forearm training. Descriptions were included with the program. If you haven't already, sign up for the program and look up the exercises. Post a question under FT Staff Announcements and ask them specifically about adding a forearm muscle targeting section.
Good luck...

I do four exercises for wrists and I alternate them every other workout. I do two one workout and the other two the next workout. Seated Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls, Barbell Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls with a bar, And Dumbbell Concentration Wrist Curls. The reason I alternate is I train forearms on my Chest and Bicep days and by the time I get to them i'm pretty torched they way I break them up is one set with a bar and one with a Dumbbell. I hope this helps you good luck Dave

I luuuuv the grip exercise....... You'll strengthen your forearms as well as your grips: Take some very heavy dumbells (around 8-10 kgs more heavy than the db or bb you use for dead lifts) just hold the db in your hands and walk a little. I can tell you this sounds easy but it'll kill your forearms. First you'll be able to hold then for poor 5 sec, then 10, then 1 minute.......
