Hey all, newbie here!

I'm looking for a good cardio workout. I cannot do high impact aerobics or running due to previous injuries and I do not have access to a swimming pool (I live in a very small town). Walking and the like are ok, though. I do have a Tae Bo video but it is the very advancedx course and I'm lower than a beginner. It's been a few years since I've seriously worked out.

Hi, Scoob! Why don't you try an exercise/stationary bike...this should be low impact enough to get your joints (and your heart) moving!

Good luck.

Try riding a bike. It you set your bike on the highest gear then there will be max benefits on leg strengh and cardio development.

what about an elliptical trainer, have one available? They are great for interval work.

Yes, that's what I was thinking as well, the elliptical trainer also called a cross trainer. No impacts and a guided movement as well. Excellent machine.....
