I am new at this,,,but I thought to build mass you go low rep and high weight..
This program has me doing reps from 16,12,10,8 In order to do this I have to reduce the weight used. ?
Is this right...?

ok thanks,,,I'am to increase weight with each set,,,I have been using the same weight for each set......Thanks for setting me straight....This is going to make it ruff. :)

When you make a set, make sure that the last 2-3 repetions are hard to do. You need to feel the muscle burn (no violent pain thou). If not, (and you can do 2-5 repetitions more than supposed) the weight you're using is too light and you need to take a little heavier.
