Hey guys, i'm an 18 year old male in my first year of college and i workout 5 days a week. I'm on the hockey team so i depend on that for cardio. Last year during baseball season I started taking mega ripped fuel and worked out consistently and got that hard body I always wanted. Well I cut back on working out over the summer and softened up a bit. I want to get that hard body back and it's not coming as easily. My girlfriend loved it and i'm trying to get that 6 pack back. Any advice? i'm 5'10, 175
The worst thing you can do is going to the gym without knowing what to do or what muscles to work with. If you want results you need to follow an exercise program. FT is an excellent help. This way you'll be sure of working all muscle groups right and avoid over training. And of course be sure of eating right too. Good luck!
