i need help!! im in my 8th week of hometraining & although im geting nicely toned,its my inner thighs that are a disgrace,im 35yrs old,& i have 4children,i think i should of started this program years ago,i never kept up with other ones,(always got bored with them)anyway i am alternating squats with lunges,(25 reps x4)each week,but i still have awful flabby inner tighs,& yes i have that awful celulite thing,i have noticed my celulite decreasing as the weeks go on,but what on earth can i do about this FLABBINESS???im willing to try anything,(apart from liposuction,that is,cant afford it!!) More cardio. There really isn't a such thing as spot reducing - that is, only excercise certain ares to reduce fat - so you should incorporated some good cardio excercises in your routine. This could be running for 30 minutes 3-5 times a week, running sprints, etc. That will ultimately tone your entire body faster than anything, including those thighs. Good luck!
