Friday 13th, anyone stay away from gym

ChrisYi Posts: 126 Joined: 2001/05/05	2001/07/13, 10:57 AM Is anyone supersticious out there? I didn't workout today because I had other plans. But did any one stay away because something bad may happen?
jbennett Posts: 1,558 Joined: 2001/02/28	2001/07/13, 02:09 PM Actually, I had a really good workout today. I felt energetic to the end and my arms and shoulders are still burning from this morning. I believe superstitions are all in the mind; if you think something bad may happen, it probably will. Be more positive and many great things can come about.
ChrisYi Posts: 126 Joined: 2001/05/05	2001/07/14, 01:37 AM I agree. I did have pretty decent day myself. People in Taiwan aren't really big into the Friday the 13th thing. So I didn't really realize it until I was looking at the calender.

At work we were forgetting everything and even though our boss had a day off he was still a jerk. Had a decent workout. Our 9 month old baby had to go to the hospital-high fever and seizure; she's ok now. Please pray for her. Thanks.
