hi george just a fast note...why don't u guys put in an extra day per week...I mean I'm used to training my abs everyday except fridays...frquency does matter a lot
the 12 week program has been specifically designed for the average members. Therefore, the program starts with the first 2 weeks just training abs twice a week. This will increase to 3 then 4 times a week.. you will notice a big change in the 3rd week as well as the 5th week. The program will really challenge you. This is all part of the effectiveness of the program.. if you follow it, you WILL see results - combined with a proper diet.
