Just wanted to let you guys know that today I ran 5 miles and completed day 1 of my exercise program. It feels great! Now if I could only avoid the pizza and beer... :-)

Treat yourself once a week to the foods you like best and it won't feel like you are making a sacrifice. It comes very hard to me cause I like candy but that is about the only bad thing I eat, so I don't feel too guilty once I do cheat. Congradulations on your first day and it does become easier once it becomes a new lifestyle for you,
