Hi, I would like to start irming and toning my body after a long 5 year break from the gym. There are so many supplements available these days and I am not sure what to use to get the fastest and safest results. Please help.

Hello and welcome!!!! The best way is diet and cardio and very, hard work in the gym. Try not to rely on the quick fix pill. Though some can help. I am sure GNC will help ya out.

Thanks for the advice - I know this might sound stupid but what is GNC?

The only thing I take is a multi vitamin. I do not believe in other pills and such...that is not to say that others find them helpful. I just try it on my own. go to the supplements board there you will find lots of posts on this. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!1

Thank You, I will have a look at the site. I just want to make sure that if I decided to use some supplements, that I use the correct ones. I would not like to use steriods etc. Have any of you tried CLA yet?
