Hi all!

Just wanted to say hello and look forward to learning all I can about getting in shape FINALLY! 2002 will be my year! I am so glad that I stumbled across this site. Right now I am doing a program called the Leanness Lifestyle by Dave Greenwalt and I love it, while I don't really call it a program, it's more of a way of life. So I am learning and absorbing all I can, within reason of course. Look forward to learning and sharing with all of you!!

Thanks Nina for the compliment! Believe it or not that pic of me was taken back when I was 225 pounds! Of course its an upper shot,lol But, it is one of my best pics anyday! hehe. I have do have my before pics, but I am not gonna scar anyone with those,LOL I am gonna wait till I at least get some decent after. I am doing a 12 week challenge now, which will be up March 24th. My goal was to get from 200-165 and gain 5 pounds of muscle. While I don't think I will gain that much muscle that quickly, but I surely don't want to lose any either! Oh there is sooooooooo much to learn!
