Happy B-day BB1. I wanted to post as I am finishing up my third week of ft guided training. I am 45, and consider myself to be in good shape. My goal here was to lose 20 lbs and tone up, something I have never really tried to do. As of today, I have lost approx. 15 lbs,. but realize I may have to adjust my goal and go for another 10. I am very surprised to notice definiton changes in myself already. And more importantly, my wife has noticed! Thanks for all the help and patience!

Great to hear you are reaching your goals. People like you are an inspiration to all us "older" LOL..folks. Keep up the great work, glad we could help and be a part of it. Can't wait to see your next post that you have reached your strting goal!!
