I have a slight problem with my workout program. I train at home so I only have a basic machine for bench presses and leg curls. and plenty of free weights. But I keep getting machine exercises on my workout. Some of them are Machine bench presses, machine chest flies and close grip machine pull downs. How can I replace these exercises for ones where I wont need a machine and still work the same muscles?

You can often just do the same movement with dumbells. Take a look under the exercise descriptions.

Also if you know that you'll be working one specific muscle then just choose another exercise (for the same muscle) but with dumbells.

The most important thing is that you DO work out!! (o;
