Hi all,

I'm newish here, and I've been exercising (cardrio on bike) & weight training (at home) for about 7 weeks now. Only thing is, my skin isn't toning up, so body parts are starting to sag (so to speak). One place I can't seem to tone is my inner thighs, and my lower stomach. What's a good exercise to tone up your bust? Its just confusing to me right now, as I had always been thin, til I got put on cortisone and gained alot of weight, then lost it, then gained.
I'm 5ft 2 and right now down to 127. I'm usually around 98 or 102. I just don't seem to be seeing the results I thought I would. Another place is the skin around my ribcage, doesn't seem to be toning either. Any info would be helpful!

Hmmm tough one. How old are you Nikkles?
You cannot really just get rid of extra skin (without operation) but what you can do is to build up some nice muscles that will fill out the space....

I'm 28, but I've definitely wrecked my body, due to medications and weight gain/losses over the years. I'm now off the cortisone (for medical purposes) and wanted to try and get my body toned, and feel healthy!

7 weeks is not a lot of time. Keep up the workouts. Try to increase you weight over time. Take extra vitamin E and buy some Sauve (brand) Toning Lotion, works nicely. Also there is a previous post on this issue I will find it...

Yeh, I know 7 weeks is not alot of time. I'm impatient, and I forget that its alot easier to put on, than to take it off!
I'm willing this time to work on it, instead of giving up.. usually I quit when I don't see results. But I am seeing them, so I'm more motivated this time!
Thanks for the responses!
