hi all im in painnnnnn i did 15 min on treadmill and 10 on stair master and did regular push ups and pullovers and my stretchin ,i can barely stand on my foot i have such a cramp from center of bottom foot up to knee took pain meds nuthin relievin it any suggestions,any idea what could have done it >?

The only thing I can think of is, do you drink enough water?!!
And what shoes do you wear?

ty philia for responding i drink about 100 oz a day of water but shoes ...boy i am duh sumtimes i wore my keds thats probably it .lol thanks again
