Hello...tonight was my first workout... I was doing squats and after during the second set of 15, I had a pain in my right knee...all along the side... I was fine going down..the pain was coming up... I have had trouble with knees on occassion..like in rainy cool weahter..they will ache.. does this sound like something a brace or support wrap would help...any ideas?

You can still walk and it doesn't hurt now?
Did you warm up enough or drink enough water?
Be careful with the knee and if you have any doubt you better go see a doc.
If you don't lift heavy I wont recommend a support wrap around your knee -it can actually make it weaker.

Sound advice Philia2 Take it from me I have blown me knees out (yeah both of them) you never want to wrap a knee that does nto actually have a problem. If you are unsure or the pain doesn't go away in a day I would have a doctor take a look at as it never hurts to have em check ya out.

Thanks guys... funny thing...it doesn't hurt...just on the way up..lol.
