I have tennis elbow - DR. diagnosed. I am taking anti-inflammatoties for now. My DR. said to rest it. I was too pre-occupied to ask what weight lifting excersizes I could do. I have done some light bench and pull-downs. They don't seem to bother it. Curls of any kind seem to hurt. Any excersize suggestions (especially for the biceps/triceps)?

Unfortunately, tennis elbow (tendinitis) requires periodic icing and lots of rest. Don't take any chances in recovery. Light exercises that does not involve curling (this will aggravate it...trust me) will be the only ones you'll be able to do. You should not try to train your bis and tris.

Good luck and recover quick!

I just got over it. It took an entire month of NO lifting of any kind. I did do a lot of walking and other cardio. You must rest and RICE it to let it heal.
