Possible broken nose

Last night whilst "living it large", I suffered a blow to the top of the nose, and whilst I do not believe it to be broken it is very sore and I was wondering if anyone can advise me on any treatment other than seeing a doctor, thank you!

The only thing I can say is that if it is broken have someone set it. Otherwise it won't heal properly.
