Whenever I am working out or even when I'm not and I do some type of movement that involves my shoulder, may shoulder pops. It doesn't pop out of place it just makes a popping sound. Does anyone have any advice of how I can take care of this problem?

If it doesn't hurt then it should be okey. Don't worry about it (it's only suppose to be air).

Rob is right, lots of previous letters about this one.

I use to have this problem. I started doing rotor cuff exercises before chest and back days and now the problem is gone. Make sure you warm up good before going heavy and try some exercises to strengthen the muscles that support your rotor cuff.
