my pectroalis of left side little less

respected sir
my problem is that my left side pectroalis is less then right one.the part which is less is under the side.what should i do for that.help me out because my hole body is growing up know but i cant do my chest.mail me ur reply on( arny34@hotmail.com ) ok bye

Please use your search as suggested. There have been many posts on one side being more developed than the other.

Your problem with having one side of your body less strong (or developped) than the other side, has been a very discussed topic. So what the others are saying Seaedpro, please look under search or look under previous letters (and you'll find your answers).

Or why not just do lots of push ups?!!!!

Use dumbells to train, this will help your weak side cacth up to your right.

You know what, everyone I know has the same problem. I went to my gyms head trainer and talked to him about it, because my left side is bigger then my right. We discussed some intersting issues about it. One that came up was that we are both hockey players and well we both shoot left handed. It makes sense, that maybe that one side is just used more and well you might not even realize that you are using it more. My father also has one side bigger,,,who really knows. Just thought I would add this to the post.

A majority of people have a strong/bigger side. Whats odd with me is I am right handed, but my left quads up to my arms and chest are stronger and a little bigger.
