Well... all of week 4 of my program was killed by a cold. It hit me last Sunday. I still have it, but I'm good enuff to work out again. I hate colds!

I'm heading out in a few minutes to do my first woorkout in over a week. It sucks catching a cold on your rest days and skipping out on a whole week of workouts. I guess I'll have to call it my 11 week program!!

Try drinking some herbal echinacea wellness tea in the morning and the afternoon. its a good natural way to get rid off that cold. And if you're having a hard time sleeping use tylenol PM or ni-quil.

And don't forget taking your vitamine C, rest enough and another good thing is the glutamine. found since taking this amino acid, my immune system is stronger. It makes my muscles recover quicker so I'm less open for illness...

Glutamine is a key for antyone who trains. I recommend it over everything else. If your budget is tight this is the one to buy.

Hey is glutamine found in a single serving alone or is it included with other substances when purchasing a supplement?

You can buy glutamine all by itself. Buy it in bulk, it's cheaper.
