DEAR GROUP MEMBER, GET INVOLVED BY ANSWERING THE TOPIC QUESTION / CHALLENGE AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.. BE SPECIFIC ABOUT TODAY - STAY ON TRACK & INSPIRE OTHERS!

Instructions: Try to be specific about the topic in regards to TODAY, this is a daily (or as often as possible) check-in

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets the day in motion and skipping it is actually harmful. Most people aiming to lose weight think skipping this meal will help, but just the opposite is true. It has also proven to increase longevity and overall health.

If you're not into breakfast then you can start small, choose fruit which is a great source of fiber, or a whole grain bread / cereal. It really is quick and easy - just remember that good health is by choice so make that choice!

Post here.. be honest.

I had a protein shake today with a plain bagel.

I do skip breakfast. I eat a bagel sometimes, but on the weekends i may eat either eggs, waffels, or yogurt. Not much but still wondering if there are any foods you would reccomend. Thanks and hope you get back to me quick!

Hi Marcus, thanks for posting. How about today specifically to answer the question of the thread.

I will assume you skipped breakfast today then? That is probably the biggest mistake you can make, no matter what your goals are. It's really simple, a bowl of cereal (high fibre, low sugar) take 1 minute to put together and 5 minutes to eat. A whole grain bagel, some fruit.. even the eggs or yogurt as you menion are fine. But nothing is one of the worst things you can do.

Post you daily breakfast here.. or lack of.. we're here to help and get you on the right track.

Breakfast today was eaten! Wheetabix cereal and a banana dipped in peanut butter....soooooo gooood. But, it has to be the natural peanut butter where you stir it all together. I'm slightly addicted.

I started my day off with a bowl of prepackaged oatmeal. Maple and brown sugar. I put just a little bit of butter in it. My drink was water with some 0 calorie flavoring in it. I also took 2 green coffee extract pills before I ate to boost my metabolism and to fight the fat I'm trying to get rid of on my stomach and belly. I took my vitamin also along with all the rest of my medication.
