Hey all,

Basically, I'm been lifting for about a month now (since football has ended. My goal is to gain a lot of muscle mass for next season and develop strength and power. Here is some of my progress through a month. Please don't laugh, I know I'm not Mr. Olympia .. hehe. :)

MAX WEIGHT
----------
Bench press: 200 lbs (up 15 lbs this month)
Squat: 270 lbs (old max was around 240)
Deadlift: 255 lbs (up from 190 lbs)
Shoulder press: 140 lbs (up from 110)

My stats are:

Age: 16
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 200 lbs
BF: Around 18% give or take a little ...

I'm currently supplementing with Whey protein and good food exclusively.

Great job so far!!! Good gains for just a month of training. When I was 16 I could only bench about 185 or so. You sound determined to reach your goals and excited about your progress - both keys to a successful program. Keep up with your diet and consistantly train hard and you'll reach your goals in no time!!
