I just wanted to know if I should do one set from each exercize, and then come back, or complete an exercize(all five sets) before moving on? See I told you I never did this before.

Nobody on here minds, so keep asking questions. The way most workouts are set up is to complete all sets of one exercise then move on to the next. However, and this may cause more questions, if you are shooting more for a circuit workout you can do one set of each - but that's a different game. :) Check out some of the reading about the different variations - supersets, shocking routines, drop sets (and the list goes on but it'll give you some more versatility).

As the saying goes, the only stupid question is the one that isn't asked! Mike is quite right...finish all your sets on one exercise, then move to the next exercise. Best of luck to you, and feel free to ask anything. That is why we are here.

Yes, if you're looking to gain muscle mass, you should finish all the sets for the exercise before moving on to a different exercise.
