You could always try not eating anything. After the first few days its cake. ;)

Actually, there are some good diets. One may well fit your bill if you are indeed willing to 'anything'. In fact, it is a pretty decent diet, and you will reach your goals with it if you follow it. Nice thing, you will not be hungry on this on. Take a look at 'fat loss for idiots'. Don't let the name fool you into thinking bad things about it before you take a look at it. I have 2 good friends who lost exactly what it says you will, 9 lbs. every 11 days.
