Time for sets?

Hey sorry but I was wondering is there a time limit for the actual sets or is it just until you reach the target amount?

You should be resting about 1 minute in between sets. Unless your talking about the actual speed of the reps, which is usually between 2-4 seconds per rep.

It should take 1 to 1.5 seconds to lift concentric and 3 to 4 eccentric per rep.
