okay, so im in college, and so finding the time to do all of the recommended workouts one right after the other is hard, i usually have classes all day, then work, then homework, so what i was wondering is if i could split up the different exersizes across the whole day, or if thats just a bad idea?

There is no way to devote an hour to the gym? I work out three times a week and rarely do those sessions go longer than an hour. It's doable, ya just have to find the time.

There are home programs available on this site. Most of which should be able to be done in under an hour. If you try to break up your workouts into little bits during the day, you'll soon see a lapse in how effectively your muscles are being worked.
