Im obviously a little bit skeptical about this program. I workout 4 to 5 times a week and I was running out of ideas and what kind of weightlifting I should do. I was just wondering if by follow this plan has anyone seen and noticeable results. I eat prett healthy and I believe im getting enough protein, carbs, and fats. I just hope I can finally see some results!

Choose a program that suits you and stick with it and i'm sure the results will come, at the end of the day, it's up to you, you get back what you put in.
Good luck.

How about if I tell you that I just dropped my bodyfat by 8% since April 28, plus reduced my cholesterol from 7.1 to 3.8 and lost 6" at the belly!
True story that I kept a secret until now!

Ended up in a rut for a few yerars but finally gave up on excuses. To add to it, I eat in restaurants daily sometimes twice in the same day.
You have to want to do it to succeed.

Thanks, I had to post this as some members are really reluctant and look for excuses. Also have to practice what we preach!
If I may add, this was done and continue to do with out supplementation of any kind. Just food. And to date no medications of any type.

I was going to ask about supplements. I didn't want to do it if I didn't have to. I hate putting things in my body I am not sure of. And I hate taking meds of any kind. Good to know I can get results without taking things I don't want to. So glad I found this site. Thanks.

Welcome aboard Colleen. I joined FT May 2009 looking for workout variations because I get bored quickly. Since joining I have lost 23 pounds. This works, and always try to eat right.
