I am starting to use creatine but i was reading on the back of the bottle that i got which are capsules that i need to take 7 capsules 4 times daily. This seems to be a lot but they call it "loading" so i do i really need to take 28 of these capsules a day for the first 3-4 days?

Do you really need creatine to begin with? If you're a beginner than I'd say save it for the plateaus. The loading period just jump starts the effects. I'd say no it isn't necessary, but some people get discouraged if they take a supplement for several days and see little effect from it.

At 25 your body makes plenty of natural creatine. Work hard, eat properly, rest properly. That is really what you need to do. someone here put it in even simpler form a few years back. "Pick it up, put it down, it's really that simple.
